Order Process

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve that item. Orders are only confirmed once payment is processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

Pricing

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without notice. However, we honor the price at the time your order is placed.

Processing Time

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Shipping Areas

We ship globally except to Asia and select remote regions. If you are located in an area we cannot ship to, we will notify you and cancel your order.

Delivery

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt with your order number and product details.
2. We will provide a Returns Authorization (RA) number and return address.
3. Ship the item in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging.
4. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Candles & Candle Accessories
• Bathroom Towels & Bathroom Sets (unless unused and in original packaging)

All sales on these items are final.

Refunds

After we receive your return, please allow 5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping for the new item.
