We are thrilled to ship our products globally (excluding Asia and a few select remote regions).

Order Processing

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment. During peak seasons, this may be slightly longer, but we will always keep you informed.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx):
    • Cost: $12.95
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping (EMS):
    • Cost: FREE on all orders over $50.
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way, so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, please email our friendly customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and product details.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization (RA) number and the shipping address for your return. Please do not ship returns back without this authorization number.
  3. Ship Your Item: Carefully package the item in its original, unused condition with all tags attached and the original packaging. Mail it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives back to us.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following product categories for reasons of hygiene and personal use:

  • Candles & Candle Accessories (Once used, they cannot be resold)
  • Bathroom Towels & Bathroom Sets (These must be unused and in their original packaging for hygiene reasons)

All sales on these items are final.

Refunds

Timing: After we receive your return, please allow 5 business days for us to process it. Once processed, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item to you.
