Our Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original, unused condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags still attached.
- Accompanied by the original packing slip or order confirmation.
- Candles & Candle Accessories (Once used, they cannot be resold)
- Bathroom Towels & Sets (For hygiene reasons, these must be unused and in their original packaging)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange process:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, please email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and instructions on where to ship your item. Please do not ship returns back to our company address without an authorization number.
- Ship Your Item: Carefully package the unused item in its original packaging and mail it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it arrives back to us.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days.

Refunds
Timing: After we receive your return, please allow 5 business days for us to process it. Once processed, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item to you.
